Local producers

There are producer associations such as Accueil Paysan and Bienvenue à la ferme which invite you to discover their farms and what they produce. Sometimes you can even help with the harvest or hike through the vineyards. There are experiences to share with your family, for example: picking strawberries and red fruit, or Vignes Vins et Rando, which combines Vines, Wines and Hiking.

Because they use local produce on a daily basis and they want to serve them at their best, while respecting their naturalness, the restaurateurs work hand in hand to acquire new techniques, exchange and highlight the gastronomy of the Loire Valley.
